This project involves the construction, ownership, and operation (BOO) of a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 400 MWp / 315 MWac west of the capital Bishkek, near the border with Kazakhstan. A plant that will provide Kyrgyzstan with long-term energy security is being built on 426 hectares of flat land with no ecological restrictions.

The planned annual production is 670 GWh in the first full year of operation. This is made possible by modern single-axis trackers, with an assumed annual efficiency loss of only max. 0.4%. The plant will receive a 25-year PPA with a guaranteed price of US$50/MWh (indexed in local currency) and offers planning security through a possible term extension of up to 49 years.
